1) New paper has releases findings that a study of global greenhouse effect shows a DECREASE in the Greenhouse effect from 1985 through 2014...

I don't have time for a full write up, but this is definitely a rather large ripple running through the Global Warming sciences.

The study that involved direct observation of the global energy budget across the whole planet has found that the net Greenhouse effect on Earth has declined since 1985. The chief cause of this decline should sound familiar: Cloud Albedo.

2) While Climate Alarmists point to Australia as evidence of the dire future of a world under global warming, news has begun to come out that about two thirds of all the Australian fires were intentionally set... not only that, many who are being arrested set the fires to bring attention to global warming...

3) In a recent article by leading Alarmists Michael Mann and Gavin Schmidt, the alarmists accidentally helped make the argument that IR bandwidth in the atmosphere is already fully saturated for IR originating at the Earth's surface, with no surface IR is escaping to space, leaving the only a small amount of light spectrum that CO2 and feedbacks could possibly trap. That leaves the upper bound AGW at less than half the predicted amount... and that is before accounting for cloud albedo feedback. (See #1)

Can you provide a link to this? My brief search turned up some odd vandalism for smaller bush fires, negligence, and some guy back burning to protect his weed, but I haven't stumbled across activist perpetrators.

Also worth pointing out is that the fires are largely in areas that are NOT experiencing unseasonally dry weather. Many of the areas where these fires are starting have been experiencing a cooler than usual season:
