With the official anniversary coming up tomorrow regarding Armstrong first steps on the moon, there's been a terrific amount of content for us old folks that remember the event, to relive it.

One that I've enjoyed is Apollo 11 - What we Saw, just search for it on Youtube, which is a three part documentary narrated by Bill Whittle. And Whittle’s reminiscing about the 60s brought back a lot of memories. Well worth the time.

The documentary "Apollo 11", now available on Hulu is the final word on the mission. It contains newly found 70mm film of the launch, plus is expertly and skillfully edited. Minimal verbal interaction...only Uncle Walters cognizant comments, plus the Astronauts themselves.

It is better than "First Man", in that it compiles the entire mission. And it is better than Chasing the Moon, which tried to be the entire space race in three parts. Too much.

If you have a good sound system, turn it up.
