They say California's new law will require all corporate boards to have at least one woman.

Would it make sense to single that out as an extensional example of "economic fascism," or would that not be a fitting description?

What determines which persons are women for purposes of board membership?

I am informed by reliable authorities that there are more than two genders. Why have special privileges just for that one?
