Hi I am a long term Simmons fan. Hyperion well was my life for a few years. It dominated my consciousness in even an unhealthy way.

The others like Song Of Kali still haunt me at times. I still think it is his creepiest book.

Summer Of Night and the bike patrol. Who cannot be captivated.

Drood well yeah. I need to read it again. Anyway great to be here with one of my favourite writers.

Hi all,

I suppose I'm a fan of Dan's work too, though so far I've only read "The Terror" and have "Ilium" standing on one of my book shelves, peering down at me (does that count?).

Anyway, great website (really enjoyed the writing well installments) and the forum is very...stimulating.

Hello everyone! I'm a big fan of Dan's work, and also a big fan of this forum. I laugh, I cry, and I learn.

Hi people, just wanted to say a short hello.

I have recently started listening to Hyperion as an audiobook, and I'm quite enthusiastic about it. Maybe you guys can help me with my first questions about the Hyperion Timeline.

See you!

Hello everyone.
I am an old time fan of Mr Simmons (Hyperion), although I am reading his books when they get available in French, meaning I read Terror only this June, and am still waiting for Drood \:\)

Long time reader of Dan Simmons just finished Drood, by the way I use a Kindle
