That is, all topics under the sun except for politics, religion, etc. -- (no topics allowed here that might start a brawl in your basic Dublin pub) -- but we welcome major epistemological, philosophical, sociological, literary, artistic, economic, cinematic, astronomical, and ontological explorations, as well as your personal news and views of the universe. (P.S. -- we still don't rent pigs.)

This forum is for those writers, future writers, readers, and other interested visitors who would like to enter into an ongoing dialogue directly related to the craft of writing fiction. Dan hopes that some of the conversations here will key on the points and ideas raised in his ongoing Writing Well installments. (While this is not a workshop and we discourage posting examples of your prose for analysis, Dan will be happy to answer specific and interesting questions about writing and about writing as a full-time profession and career.)
